How to order a Plan-D 3D Blu-ray from Kunaki

Kunaki are a popular manufacturer of disc-on-demand media. This means they only produce the disc when it is ordered. There is no stock, nor storage facilities hence an order once placed, much like ordering a custom made item, it cannot be cancelled nor returned. There is nowhere to return it to.

Several users have struggled with the Kunaki interface, so in order to clarify how it works here is a simple step-by-step tutorial.

Please ignore how ugly this looks, sadly the Kunaki website is more practical than creative.

1. Visit Plan-D

For our example I have navigated to the product page for The Terror in 3D

   • If you have not ordered from us before PLEASE, PLEASE READ OUR FAQ - it has really important information.

   • Locate the "BUY DISC" Button on the page. Clicking this takes you to Kunaki to place your order.

2. The Kunaki landing page looks like this.

3. Scroll down until you find your product. Then type in how many copies you want.

4. Scroll back to the top of the page and select/insert your location details.

5. For our example I'm using United Kingdom. Once you have done this CLICK "CALCULATE SHIPPING"

6. This then takes you to the payment page.

7. Once you complete your payment and click "Check Out" - the order is sent to Kunaki's AUTOMATED production system - this means it CANNOT be stopped, or changed, or merged, etc.

As per our FAQ Information.

• YOU WILL NOT RECEIVE ANY EMAIL FROM KUNAKI - They don't provide this as part of their service.

• YOU WILL NOT RECEIVE ANY EMAIL FROM PLAN-D - We don't deal with the order in any way, it's all automated by Kunaki.

• YOU SHOULD RECEIVE AN EMAIL FROM PAYPAL which means your payment has been processed.

In USA you should usually receive your disc in 10-15 days. If not then do please get in touch and we can look at tracking info. Elsewhere it will generally take considerably longer.

If you are in a location where your parcel is not safe to deliver feel free to get in touch and we'll send tracking info as soon as we know it leaves the factory.

Then finally you can enjoy your 3D Blu-ray.
